A. Terms and Conditions of Use
Note: “TAWASUL” means “Tawasul Testing & Inspection Services”. Your access to and use of the Tawasul website (the “Site”, “App”, or “Software”) is subject to the following terms and conditions, as well as UAE laws. Your access to the Site is in consideration of your agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Use, whether you are a registered user or not. By accessing, browsing, and using the Site, you accept, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Tawasul maintains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use and may do so by posting notice of such modifications on this page. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any modification signifies your acceptance of such modification. You should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions of Use.
B. Conduct

Some links on the Site lead to websites that are not operated by Tawasul. Tawasul does not control these websites, nor do we review or control their content. Tawasul provides these links to users for convenience. These links are not an endorsement of products, services, or information, and do not imply an association between Tawasul and the operators of the linked website. When you select a link to an outside website, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the owner/sponsor of that outside website.
F. Content
Tawasul reserves the right to monitor any content that you provide but shall not be obligated to do so. Although Tawasul cannot monitor all postings on the Site, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that violate these terms and conditions. United Arab Emirates and foreign copyright laws and international conventions protect the contents of the Site. You agree to abide by all copyright notices posted on the Site.
G. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tawasul and all of its employees and agents from any and all liabilities incurred in connection with any claim arising from any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim. Tawasul reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree not to settle any matter without the written consent of Tawasul.
H. Disclaimer of Warranty
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Site, or any material available through this Site, is at your own risk. Neither Tawasul nor its employees warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, problem-free, free of omissions, or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site. The content and function of the Site are provided to you “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or currency.
I. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Tawasul or its employees be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site, software, or app, including without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of data, computer failure or malfunction, or any other damages.
J. Cookies
“Cookies” are pieces of information that Tawasul transfers to the hard drives of users for recordkeeping purposes. Tawasul may place cookies with users visiting from advertising banners and hyperlinks on other websites/apps to track the success of a particular advertising campaign or marketing program. In addition, Tawasul may place cookies with users to provide them with seamless access to the website/app, since storing their username and password in a cookie eliminates the need to re-enter that information on every page. By accepting these terms, you are accepting all cookies from our site/app.
K. Sharing of Personal Information
In accordance with GDPR regulations, except as outlined in this Policy or on the website/app, Tawasul never provides personal information to third parties without a user’s consent. Tawasul shares the personal information you provide with its related companies. Additionally, if you purchase a product/service, your personal information is shared with the relevant service provider. Tawasul may also share personal information with third-party business partners so that they may provide services to Tawasul that are consistent with the terms of this Policy and the website/app. Tawasul may also disclose personal information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the website’s/app’s Terms of Use, or may be violating Tawasul’s or others’ rights, or causing injury to or interference with Tawasul’s or others’ property. Tawasul shall at all times maintain the confidentiality of privacy data obtained, and shall not disclose it except where required by law, where necessary to determine or protect Tawasul’s title or rights, or those of its website or its beneficiaries.
L. Disclosing Information to Third Parties
We shall not sell, trade, lease, or disclose any information to third parties, other than to affiliate companies or management for internal use. Information shall be disclosed only in the case of an official order from a judicial or organizational authority. Tawasul shall not be held responsible for any legal or financial liability arising from hacking or unauthorized data leaks that occur without our intention or will; such incidents will be considered unintentional loss, with no liability on Tawasul.
M. Use of Tawasul Service
The following terms and conditions state the rules and regulations that govern the provision and use of Tawasul Service, but are not limited to these. They also state the rights of Tawasul and the customers using this service.
a) Submitting a Request
- A Service Request means a request submitted online using this service on the web application.
- Such requests should be reviewed and officially approved by the concerned officials prior to processing.
- Tawasul staff access the data submitted, maintain it, and may update the records if needed based on further information provided.
- Customers cannot correct or cancel their requests once submitted until reviewed by the inspector; however, they are allowed to modify their requests before submission.
- Customers using this web application are responsible for the correctness and accuracy of any information provided in the application form.
- The data and information submitted online shall be the responsibility of the customer for its correctness and validity; we review the submitted documents.
- Customers should not share their passwords with any other party or personnel.
- Customers will use the web application in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
b) Request Application Reference Number
- A reference number may be generated automatically by the system upon entry of the application. This reference number will be used in all correspondence between the customer and Tawasul, including any paper forms and documents generated by the web application.
- The reference number may also be used to follow up on the status of the application. Reference numbers will be shown on the web application for both internal and customer reference purposes.
c) Request Approval and Rejection
- Tawasul has the right to reject a request submitted by the customer without prior notice to the customer.
- Request rejections will be justified.
- Tawasul has the right to change the status of any request and approve or reject it after review & assessment, in general or in case of any mistakes in records. In such cases, the original record will be considered obsolete and of no value.
d) Application & Its Data
- The customer is responsible for the content of their application.
- The customer is responsible for attaching the correct supporting documents. If not, Tawasul may reject the application.
- By submitting an online request, the customer is considered to be entering into a contractual agreement with Tawasul.
- The customer should complete all mandatory fields highlighted in the request. The system will not accept incomplete requests.
N. Trademarks
Tawasul-owned logos and other content on the website are protected under national and international trademark laws, as well as other intellectual property rights. All rights reserved by TAWASUL. Unless otherwise specified, no part of this document, website, or app may be reproduced or edited without the prior written consent of TAWASUL.
O. Amendments to Information Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
We maintain the right to amend the conditions and items of our information privacy and confidentiality rules whenever suitable. Such amendments shall be carried out as and when needed, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the website for the latest version of this Privacy Policy and its content.
