Terms of Use
Please read this page carefully before creating an account or using inspection.ae. It explains what to expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Terms of Use
These terms of use govern how you access and use inspection.ae, the software platform operated by Tawasul Testing & Inspection Services. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to what’s set out below.
Introduction
We’ve tried to keep this as plain and readable as we can, but it’s still a legal document. Please take the time to read it properly before you start using inspection.ae. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the platform until you’ve reached out to us with questions.

Who these terms apply to
When we say you, we mean anyone using inspection.ae, whether you’re a customer booking or reviewing an inspection, or an authorised admin/staff user managing the platform on behalf of Tawasul. When we say we, us, or Tawasul, we mean Tawasul Testing & Inspection Services.
If you’re using inspection.ae on behalf of a company or organisation, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept these terms on that organisation’s behalf.
Creating and using an account
To use most of inspection.ae, you’ll need an account. You agree to give us accurate information when you register, and to keep it up to date, particularly your contact details, since that’s how we’ll reach you about bookings, results, or account issues.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details private. If you think someone else has accessed your account without permission, let us know as soon as possible so we can help secure it.
Admin and staff accounts have access to additional tools not available to customer accounts. Access levels are assigned by Tawasul and can be changed or revoked at our discretion, particularly if we believe an account is being used inappropriately.
What the platform is for
inspection.ae exists to let customers book inspections, track their status, and access results and certificates, and to let our team manage and record inspection and testing work. It isn’t a general-purpose file storage or communication tool, and we ask that it’s used only for these purposes.
Fees and payments
Where a fee applies to a service booked through inspection.ae, the amount will be shown to you before you confirm the booking. Payments are only accepted through the official payment methods available directly on the platform. We do not accept payment through personal accounts, third parties, or unofficial channels, and you should treat any request to do so as a red flag (see our Security & Fraud Alerts page for more on this).
Data and privacy
We collect and store information you provide through inspection.ae, including personal details, vehicle or product information, and inspection records, in order to deliver our services to you. This data is handled under internal access controls that limit visibility to staff who need it to do their jobs.
We don’t sell your personal data to third parties. Where we do share information, it’s limited to what’s necessary to deliver the service (for example, generating and issuing a certificate) or where we’re legally required to.
For more detail on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Keeping the platform secure
We’ve put reasonable technical and administrative safeguards in place to protect the platform and the data on it, but no online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You play a part too, by keeping your password private, not sharing account access, and reporting anything suspicious to us promptly.
We may introduce additional account security features over time (such as two-factor authentication), and we’d encourage you to use them where available.
Service availability
We aim to keep inspection.ae accessible and reliable, but from time to time we may need to take it offline for maintenance, updates, or fixes. Where possible, we’ll try to schedule this at low-impact times and give notice in advance, but we can’t guarantee the platform will always be available without interruption.
Acceptable use
While using inspection.ae, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the platform you’re not authorised to use
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s normal operation
- Upload anything harmful, such as malicious code
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to falsify or misrepresent an inspection result
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying software or source code of the platform
Intellectual property
Everything that makes up inspection.ae, including the design, the software itself, our branding, and the content we’ve created for it, belongs to Tawasul Testing & Inspection Services unless stated otherwise. Using the platform doesn’t give you any ownership over it, and you agree not to copy or reproduce it beyond what’s needed to use it as intended.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or terminate your access to inspection.ae if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, if your account has been used fraudulently, or if we’re required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons. Where practical, we’ll try to let you know why.
You’re free to stop using the platform at any time; if you’d like your account or data removed, contact us directly (details below) and we’ll handle this in line with our data retention practices.
Liability
We provide inspection.ae as reliably as we reasonably can, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the extent permitted under UAE law, our liability in connection with your use of the platform is limited, and we’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you have that can’t be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example, as the platform evolves or regulations change. Where changes are significant, we’ll try to let current users know in advance. Continuing to use inspection.ae after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
