What personal data we collect
Depending on how you use inspection.ae, we may collect your name and contact details, company information, vehicle or product details relevant to an inspection, documents you upload for review, and basic account and usage data such as login activity.
Why we collect it
We use this data to deliver the services you’ve requested, including booking and carrying out inspections, issuing results and certificates, managing your account, and meeting our own legal and regulatory obligations, for example to Dubai Municipality.
Your rights under UAE law
Under UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements
- Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where we rely on consent as the basis for processing
How to exercise your rights
To make a request about your personal data, email us at info@tawasulservice.com. We’ll ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request, and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data for as long as it’s needed to provide our services and to meet legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations, for example retaining inspection and certification records for the periods required by the relevant authorities.
Who we share your data with
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only where necessary, such as with accredited laboratories for outsourced testing, or with regulators like Dubai Municipality and the Emirates International Accreditation Centre where required.
Changes to this page
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in UAE data protection law. Significant changes will be communicated to current users where practical.
